New chapter in the history of Bhartiya Janata Party with JP Nadda

Shri JP Nadda ji has been elected as the 11th national president of Bhartiya Janata Party. He will be succeeding Amitbhai Shah ji. His name was recommended by BJP parliamentary board members Amitbhai Shah ji, Rajnath Singh ji, and Nitin Gadkariji. He was elected unopposed as he is the only candidate to have been nominated for the top job.

His election as the national president will mark the beginning of a new era for the party. I am sure it will be an illustrious chapter and my best wishes are with him.

My thoughts on the 250th Session of the Parliament

The Parliament ‘s winter session started on November 18, 2019. The 250th session of the Parliament is going to be a significant one as several key bills will be tabled. At present, 43 Bills are pending in Parliament.  Out of these, 27 Bills are listed for introduction, consideration, and passing, 12 Bills are listed for consideration and passing, and 7 bills are listed for withdrawal. There will be 20 sessions of the Parliament before adjourns on December 13, 2019.
